Admission Profile

Colegio Santa María Marianistas is an educational institution that serves boys from 5th grade of elementary school to 5th year of high school, forming them with evangelizing and social projection inspired by the Marianist pedagogy.

Reinstatement

1. Submit the following documents:
  • Applicant's enrollment form.
  • Student progress reports (report card) from the previous year and the current school year.
  • Proof of no debts from the school of origin at the date of enrollment.
  • Proof of good behavior from the school of origin.
  • Birth certificate.
  • Applicant's ID card and parent's or legal guardian's ID card.
  • Photo (color, white background, passport size) of the applicant.
2. To have the academic competencies with an approved assessment.
3. To have shown good behavior during his years of permanence in Santa Maria Marianistas School.
4. To take the evaluations foreseen in the admission process.

External

1. Submit the following documents:
  • Applicant's enrollment form.
  • Student progress reports (report card) from the previous year and the current school year.
  • Proof of good behavior from the school of origin.
  • Proof of no debts from the school of origin at the date of enrollment.
  • Birth certificate.
  • Applicant's ID card and parent's or legal guardian's ID card.
  • Photo (color, white background, passport size) of the applicant.

Applicants from abroad

1. Submit the following documents:
  • Applicant's enrollment form.
  • Resolution of Revalidation / Validation of studies issued by the Peruvian Ministry of Education.
  • Birth certificate.
  • Identity Card of the applicant, parent or legal guardian (National Identity Card, Alien Registration Card, Passport or Identity Card).
  • Photo (color, white background, passport size) of the applicant.
2. Submit the evaluations foreseen in the admission process.

Students with Special Needs

In addition to the above requirements - according to the application modality - present one of the following documents:
  • Certificate of Disability issued by CONADIS or;
  • Disability Resolution issued by CONADIS or;
  • Disability Card issued by CONADIS or;
  • Medical Report issued by an authorized health establishment or;
  • In case of not having the above documents, the parent will sign an Affidavit with the commitment to regularize the documentation before the end of the school year.

III. Admission Process

  • 1. Receipt of applications for admission: through the school's web page.
  • 2. Sending information on requirements, deadlines, and financial information for admission to interested parents: starting December 22, 2025.
  • 3. Submission of required documentation according to applicant type: returning students, external students, and students from abroad: until January 12, 2026.
  • 4. Submission of evaluations, exploratory psychology test by applicants, and interview with parents: January 20, 2026.
  • 5. Notification to admitted applicants: January 30, 2026.
  • 6. Payment of the entrance fee and delivery of Vacancy Certificates: until February 06, 2026.
  • 7. Receipt and review of official transfer documentation by the Pedagogical Management Secretariat: Single Enrollment Form, Academic Transcripts, Transfer Resolution from the school of origin: until February 12, 2026.
  • If there are vacancies after the admission process, a second application process will be called. Dates will be published in a timely manner.
