Through the study of Computer Science and the use of technology, students acquire technical knowledge and develop problem-solving skills that will add to their quality of life. At the same time, we strive to nurture their ability to understand and respond to any demands the world of technology may present to them, enabling them to become critical and informed consumers.
Our course encourages the development of computing skills for our students to become transforming agents of modern society, always taking their national and cultural identity into account. We do this through a framework of justice and peace, acknowledging the student as a transcendent being, highlighting his human dignity, and encouraging him to nurture his Marianist Charisma towards a civilization of love.
Our purpose is to enable students to learn, understand, and apply (both effectively and efficiently) information and communication technologies to their everyday problem-solving needs, yet always with a critical, creative, and responsible attitude modeled after the Marianist Charisma.
